Q: New Iphone 6 hangs and shuts down

Recently I've got a new Iphone 6 since week. So far it hanged more than 5 times. black screen comes and the Iphone shuts down. and if I tried to reopen it at the moment, it will not respond. I have to leave it for 1 hour at least then reopen again.

This happens in normal behaviour usage, for example during opening chrome, whatsapp, FB messenger, etc.

The last time, the iphone didn't open even after 12 hours, so I reopened it by clicking power button with home button for 10 seconds.

Any suggestions?
