My account binded with Russia. Now i'm in Vacation in Germany and bought local Vodafone sim Card.
I would like to install "Mein Vodafone" app. But i can not find it in Store. Though i can find apps for Netherlands and France.
How i can install Mein Vodafone for Germany?

You may only buy things from the store for the country in which you are a legal resident, not a tourist.
Changing the country for your account for a free app in a country you are visiting will cause many issues for your account. Primarily, your account will forget your past purchases in your home county's store.
You need your Purchases list to be alerted to future updates to Apple & 3rd party apps and to redownload content easily. It isn't advised to change countries frivilously.
To change countries, go into your iTunes/Mac App Store account details. After changing the country you will be required to provide a credit card issued by a bank in the new country that has a verifiable billing address in that country.

do you mean into iPhone or apple web-site? if iPhone - i can't find there any settings. i don't see the settings button\field.
In web-site i found so0me setting, and there stands US country, which i can not change...
why it is so difficult?...................
it is free apps. if i can buy only russian apps, why then i can see French and Netherlands app??? and i can install them.
can i change regional settings in my account?
really strange policy of Apple...
