iCloud photo Library stuck

I have been backing up my photo library to iCloud and has been working great until today when it simply stopped uploading my photos.

So i restarted the iMac and also Paused and Resumed the iCloud back up but still no joy, in-fact now the resume button has been greyed out and that's how it's remained. Is there any way I can re-set the back up?
