Q: Mac wont charge with European adapter
So here's my problem: after two weeks in Italy, my mac Magsafe charger decided to stop charging my laptop. I have tried different outlets and bought a new adapter which worked, and charged my computer back to 100% but then after it reached 100% the light on the magsafe turned off and now it will not charge again... Has anyone had this problem before?? I've read several articles and cleaned the both the magsafe and the charging port and nothing appears to be wrong with the charger as it worked when I charged another computer...HELP!

The basic guidance for troubleshooting MagSafe is https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203207 but it sounds like you understand the basics of troubleshooting.
Have you tried cleaning the contacts for the plug on the charger to see that those are clean? This sounds like a plug-to-adapter problem.
Not sure you can find one where you are in Italy, but the Apple World Traveler kit has replaceable plug duckbills for the chargers that make the charger into the model sold in those countries. Makes for a much more secure connection than an adapter.
You could also try an Apple store (for the kit) and the genius bar to see if they will put the two-pin piece on your charger so you can see if that takes care of the problem.
