Dropped my ipad and now its green and wont turn on

I dropped my iPad on a tile floor from a table height and now when I switch it on, its on for a split second then turns off. That's not the only problem, when its on for a seconds its not the normal colour, its green. I can still hear noises like when I take a screen shot.

I have tried holding the home and power button at the same time ime but it doesn't show the apple logo and I have also tried hitting the back lightly but that doesn't work either. Pls help
