Where is the link for the PC download?

Running Windows 10 x64.

Require Safari for the PC. Google has no answers as to where the link is, nor it seems, does the Apple website...

Any help would be appreciated.

Apple dropped support for Safari for Windows years ago. So there is no way to do that now.
