Q: my ipad mini is frozen. it does not open when i touch the screen to slide on. I cannot see anything as it turns black. i tried to follow the troubleshoot guide in the internet but it will just open for 2 seconds then black

i downloaded a move in my mini ipad. i think it must be more than the capacity of the remaining memory. it suddenly hanged/frozen. I tried to close it by pressing both sleep and home button and it turned black and touch screen is not working. i have followed the rebooting troubleshoot instructions in the web but its still not working. what should i do?

    You have to hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds (sometimes a little longer) until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Are you waiting until you see the Apple logo before you let go of the buttons?
