Where are my jam packs?

I recently installed MainStage 3 on my macbook pro (running Mavericks). I downloaded and installed all the additional loops and samples. Next, installed Logic Express 9, followed by the 1.6.8 update. When I launch LE9 I see the Garageband and Jam Pack 1. Where are all my others?

I tried following the following instructions, but it left me with now sounds. Logic Pro 9 and Logic Express 9: Rebuilding the Loop Index - Apple Support

I copied back the index files to get back to my initial state. Can someone give me better instructions? When they say "drag the Apple Loops to the LE browser" where exactly is that?

Thanks in advance.
