Apple Watch stuck on Apple logo

HI everyone,

I think I have a big problem with my Apple Watch Sport.

After the iOS 1.01 update it won't turn on again, just the Apple logo appears then it turns off automatically.

The updating process went fine, but since I have turned off the Watch it never worked anymore.

I've also tried many times to force-reboot pressing the two buttons but nothing has changed.

What can I do? Any help or any ideas about that kind of issue?

Thanks in advance

Charlie

This might save a call to support... try unpairing the watch from your phone. In my case, that caused the watch to boot up to the PIN entry screen. I could then re-pair from scratch, restore from backup, and get back going.

Hi, Charlie.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

I understand that your new Apple Watch Sport will not boot past the Apple logo. I am sorry to hear that your watch is not functioning as expected. I think the best option to further assist you with this, would be to reach out to us via the quoted section below.
