macbook 12 inch boot camp magic mouse windows

I have installed Windows 8.1 on my new MacBook 12 inch 1.2 GHz/512 GB. The magic mouse will not work. I have tried repairing the boot camp drivers. I also opened device manager, right clicked on the network adapter, properties, bluetooth collaboration --> enable. Then I go into control panel and add a device and turn the magic mouse off and then on to make it discoverable. Nothing. Cannot really use a wired mouse with this MacBook as it needs to be plugged in to power.
