You can adopt iCloud to transfer data from iPhone 5s to new iPhone 6.

Tap "Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup"> "Back Up Now" on the old iPhone 5s.

Then, set up the new device and select "Restore from iCoud backup".

Sign in with the same passcode to regain the old data.

Thus, you can accomplish transferring photos from iPhone 5s to new iPhone 6, including photos. If you just want to transfer some of photos or the number the total photos is not too large, I suggest you use AirDrop to share your iPhone 5s photos to iPhone 6. Tap "Contacts Only" or "Everyone" in AirDrop on Control Center which can be called with swiping up from the bottom of home screen. Select the photos and tap share button to choose the name of your iPhone 6 on AirDrop list so that the photos can be sent.
