Actually I wanted to ask apple about reseller whether they are recognize by apple or not. There is a shop selling apple phone and they do provide to us a certificate (as attached) which is from Apple. I also wish to know how to check is the product original from apple or not.
That's a share certificate - it doesn't prove anything except that they've bought a share in Apple. Anyone can do that. You can find a list of authorised resellers in your area on this page:

I agree with Roger - that is a Stock Certificate.
In my opinion, any business that is offering this as proof of their authenticity as an Apple Authorized Reseller is very likely NOT one - and I would be very wary of any products' authenticity (either counterfeit or stolen?)
Check to see if the business is on the list (the link Roger provided) - if NOT, post as much as you can about their public presence - address, telephone #, website, email(s) etc so that Apple can track 'em down (there is a way to report, but one needs to have facts to report)
