Depends upon whether the app is in your new country's app store. None of your purchases will show in the Purchased tab in the App Store / iTunes store apps when you change your country, but for apps you might  be able to redownload them by tapping on their price button in the store - other people have posted that they've then got a prompt saying that they've previously downloaded it, would they like to redownload it for free. Try with a free/cheap past purchased app.

But have you not got copies of all of your downloads in your computer's iTunes library and/or on your backup of your downloads/library ?

I Back up to Icloud so I dont have any copies on my Mac.

How about if i completely restore , will the apps automatically download if I change my country?

An iCloud backup doesn't contain any of your store purchases, it relies on items remaining in the store. Not sure about what happens when restoring - I can't remember having seen any posts on here about problems when doing so, so I assume that it works for apps.

Do you ever connect your phone to your Mac's iTunes ? You should be able to copy your apps (and any other iTunes downloads) over to your Mac's iTunes library via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases. If you haven't connected your phone to your Mac's iTunes, and if you want to copy your purchases over to it, then before you connect it go into iTunes > Preferences and on the Devices tab tick the 'Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically' tickbox

Then let's hope that will work haha. I believe if the new country store contains the app it will automatically download it.

I don't wanna connect to my mac for app transfer as it takes up too much space for it to store. However if I wanna do first time restore after I have changed the country I may consider doing that as it will be more safe.

Any chance that you know about the purchased music? is it gonna be the same as the apps? As I have quite a few songs purchased in this account.

Most importantly, THANK YOU so much for your help

You can't redownload a different country's music (nor films and/or TV shows) purchases, what might work for apps (tapping on their price button in the store) won't work for music - and I expect that it will apply to an iCloud restore as well, I doubt that it will put them back on the phone

That's *****.... i better open another account for it then...

Thats what I hate the iTunes store about... so many country limitations

They should centralised it and interchangeable to different country... just like when you go in HMV you can buy different musics from different country....

All content is licensed by the record companies/rights-holders (an album's rights-holder might be different for different countries) to Apple to sell on a country-by-country basis, each country therefore has to have its own store, and you have to be in a country to use its store. If you are no longer in the country that you bought the songs in then you can't use that country's store - being in a country applies to both buying and redownloading.
