Paying for another persons icloud storage wihtout paying for app purcahses?

Im wondering if its possible to pay for another users (wife) icloud storage payment (79p) per month without paying for their app purchases.

I know I could just put my card against her apple ID but then I would pay for everything. Is it possible to use a different payment method for Icloud storage and app purchases?
