I forget my i cloud password can you help me how can i reset it.

hello i could not find anything i was looking for this was the closes thing i could find for help

a couple days ago i found a iphone 5s and it said it was lost so i called the number like 10 or 11 times no one picked up

and i dont know what to do with it i kinda wont to keep it and reset it becaude i dont know what to do with it

You can't reset without the owner signing out of iCloud and Find My Phone. The phone is useless to you Turn it into the Police.
