My 13" MacBook Pro freezes

Hi, I am new to the forum.

Recently, my 13" early 13 retina MacBook Pro has been randomly freezing. My trackpad and keyboard are not responsive and I can only continue if I restart the computer by holding down the power button. Is there a solution to this problem?
