adwaremedic.com is what I have used to get rid of malware on my MBP. It's a free download on their website. Just make sure to empty your Trash once it has detected the malware and removed it, and then restart your Mac after you empty your Trash.

Just to be clear, AdwareMedic does not remove malware. It only removes adware. There is a subtle, but very real, difference between adware and malware.
