Photos for MacOkay, the machine is not covered by AppleCare?? If it is then your keyboard would be covered.

Jun 9, 2015 2:45 PM in response to Frankie Grimesby babowa,If you have an Apple store nearby, I'd suggest taking it in to see if they can figure out the problem - maybe they'd give you a new one (you could then return the one you ordered for a refund). I'd think it's at least worth a try.

I went to the Apple store online, ordered another one, and it was delivered today. I am using it now. Thanks for helping.
