Is this a scam?
I rec'd a billing email from apple id8731x7, stating that I have been billed gbp 18.28 for ICRSS Pro and billed to 'store credit' and suggesting it is an in app purchase. Is this a scam?
It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message to Apple.
