Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you are not able to use FaceTime on the iPad. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Jun 11, 2015 3:11 PM in response to mario49by Zombiepc,I rebooted all my iPads and the iPhone and now it seems to be working again. I only tested a FaceTime audio phone call from one iPad so far, however, I think this will solve the problem on all of them. I have these issues every time there is an update to iOS. Maybe the FaceTime link from iPhone to iPad needs to be refreshed after an update to the iOS.
