Q: I can't hear any voices coming through my iPhone 5S. When I turn the volume up, it says, headphones, not ringer. How to proceed please?

People are able to hear me talking, but I cannot hear anyone on the other end. I raise my volume button and it says, "headphone" not ringer. Can anyone help please? We have restarted the phone 3 times. Thanks!

Hi lrosen2825,

To troubleshoot this issue where you cannot hear anyone on a phone call, and the volume shows headphone, I'd like you to please follow the directions in the article below. Another thing to check is if you have a bluetooth headset paired with your iPhone.
