Flip2Mac is what you want. It installs a WMV component to the system. In Compressor you can create a custom preset, then in FCPX, go to Preferences, then to Destinations, then create a new custom destination with the Compressor Settings preset, and when prompted, select your custom preset you created in Compressor. Unfortunately you can't select the Filp4Mac WMV settings directly inside of FCPX.
