I am unable to save files that have been emailed to me. I get a notice that I don't have permission
I can not seem to save any attachments sent to me by email without a notice popping up that says I don't have permission.
Unless you have a pre-2006 Mac, you don't have Classic, which means permissions issues are not to do with Classic, but Mac OS X.
Go to Apple menu -> About This Mac to verify what you have. And if it is some version of Mac OS X, repost in the appropriate forum:
