Jun 10, 2015 5:29 AM in response to EliAbreuby anypats,Each time you get a replacement are you using a backup to restore? Is your iPhone jailbroken? It's hard to believe that someone would have 5 iPhones go out on them without thinking there is a problem with something that is loaded on the iPhone. Either that or there is an issue with the outlet or port that you are plugging it into.

Jun 10, 2015 8:33 AM in response to anypatsby EliAbreu,In the previous 3 ones, yes, I was not been told not to restore my back up, so I did it. Only in the last time (on May 10th), the person in Apple who helped me, suggested not to restore the back up, at least in the first 1 or 2 weeks from there, because one of my files might be corrupted, causing this recurrent problem. In the end I never restored my back up, but after 29 days, this new phone died too. So, now I have to go to the Apple store, tell the same long history again... and I must say, I'm really tired of all this. I gave my daughter the same phone (iPhone 6) as a gift in November (she never had any problems with hers), and we charge the phone with the same USB cable at home and in my car and I don't understand why this is happening with my phone! Last time I told Apple people that I don't want them only to change my phone and solve the temporary issue; I want to understand what the problem is, to avoid it from happening over and over (and because the warranty will end in November). I always lose time, information saved in my phone and many days without a phone. This time I'll request my money back to buy a different phone. I can't handle it anymore.
