iTunesTry contacting Support in your country, as long as they can confirm your id and that it's your account they should be able to reset your password and security questions : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
After resetting them you could add a rescue email address to your account for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses - Apple Support
