I see a lot of discussions on this topic and I've tried everything suggested in those topics and I'm still unable to get incoming FaceTime calls after my iPad Air 2 goes to sleep (everything works fine after I wake the device). I'm running iOS 8.3. I would appreciate anyone who could help me fix this issue.

Do you have Do Not Disturb turned ON?
No, I do not.
Then that could be a problem with the WiFi network that you are using. What do you have?
Is yours a Wi-Fi and cellular version?
If it's only a Wi-Fi model, Wi-Fi is switched off when iPad sleeps, so there's no connection at all unless it plugin to a power supply.
That can not be because I get other notifications while it's asleep, like Facebook posts etc.

That cannot be because this was never an issue before. This started happening in the past few weeks. I ALWAYS got FaceTime calls when my device was asleep.
You could try Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. That might help/

No data loss. You will have to make changes to default settings you have changes.
Ok, I just did a reset and will report back my findings.
Well, that did not help. Also, I want to point out that the iPad does NOT turn off wifi to save power when asleep as I get all my emails.
Any other suggestions? 😟
