Q: Apple Earphones sounds muffled and I can only hear the music. This only happens on my laptop.

I recently just got a new pair of apple earphones, and on the way back, I was listening to some music on my iPhone, and they sounded perfectly fine. But when I plugged them into my computer and started to watch Netflix, I could hear the music fine, but when the dialouge came up, all I heard was really quiet speaking and some very annoying background noise. This also happens on youtube.

I have a Samsung ATIV Book 4.
