Q: ipod shuffle first generation and second generation appear in finder but not in itunes - they did appear in itunes last week - no upgrades or changes that I am aware of
Until just a few days ago both my iPod shuffles first and second generation would appear in my finder and in my itunes. They now show on my finder but not in my itunes. They also appear on the desktop. any suggestions as to what I need to do
