Q: Find my iPhone lock

My recently bought an iPhone 6 and gave my sister my iphone 5. i kept my old Apple ID and made her a new one. Yesterday she was messing with changing her passcode and now forgot it. After 6 attempts I hard restored her iPhone 5 and now how to activate it. The problem is that the phone linked to the Apple ID that's used is not the email I always use? My email is an aol and the email I'm being forced to use is a @icloud. I hadnt set up find my iphone yet but it's apprently set up on the icloud apple ID. I log with my regular email and no devices are shown. Ive tried doimg forgot my password for the iCloud email but the personal information is not correct?? I've tried everyones birthday in my family. I also sent the request to the @icloud.com email but I can't get into that email without the password. I just got to Albania two days ago and just my luck there are no Apple stores here and Apple care cannot even help me. I have to wait 2 months until I get back home to the U.S. if I can't get this phone activated. Every support article I've seen hsnt helped me, I have never even used this email before
