Recently had to install a new hard drive on my laptop. Where is the Safari download for windows Vista?

The last release was 5.1.7 and that was dropped from the Apple download sites in 2012. Even if you could find a copy, it is something I wouldn't use as it hasn't been updated for 3 years and would likely not be safe.
