HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD SAFARI FOR WINDOWS8

I have downloaded safari on my windows 8 PC from a third party website.When i try to run certain sites it says that the browser need updating. The apple website has links to download safari but not for windows. where and how can i download latest version of safari? Please advise.
