I Just bought the extra gbs for my phone so I could finally do the iOS 8.3 update and when I try it tells me there was an issue with the install after trying for 10 seconds.. What can I do to update my phone?

Can I just use anyone's iTunes on a computer? I don't have a computer only my cell phone..

Yes & No.
If you sync with another computer, your data will be wiped and synced in whatever is in the other computer marked in iTunes.
You can sync over the air (OTA):
1. Make sure you have > 5GB of space on iPhone
