Q: My aunt past away and I was willed her ipad. Nobody has her password and it has find my ipad active. What do I do?

I was given my godmother's ipad after she passed away. I don't have access to her death certificate or anything else. The ipad has "Find My Ipad" active. What do I do?

Call AppleCare or take it to an Apple Store. You will need to bring documentation with you to prove that you are the new rightful owner, including her death certificate. Only they can remove the Find my iPad Activation Lock for you.
