I can't download anything or update any app from Mac App Store on my Macbook. its response is "The server gave an error during download: 504 Gateway Timed Out.". How to resolve this issue ASAP?

The problem is in the network, most likely at your ISP. You can try restarting the router, but probably there will be no change.
YEs tried restarting and also forgot the network then re-installed it. Is there any configuration I can change in my router administrator page or other settings that may resolve this issue. on the other hand what should I ask my ISP to do.
