icloud calendar language has changed?

So, I signed into my icloud account via my windows computer at work as I always do most days...looking through my calendar, I noticed all the script on the calendar has changed to (I think) Japanese? The left hand menu with my list of calendars is still in english, if I go to edit an event, this is all in english - it's just the script next to each date and the month at the top? (see image) Thanks in advance.

My language is set to English...any ideas?
