Can a macbook air connect to an elgato hd60 to record games?

the macbook air is an overpriced laptop to start with, to if im going to buy one i dont want to spend an extra £200 on a device that i will only use on occasion

I have an Elgato HD60 and want a new laptop. I have been looking at macbook airs and i noticed it had no hdmi port that my old lapton had, used to record games. Is there a cheap adapter that lets me do this?
