I'm attempting to update my iPhone 4S to IOS 8.3 and every time I try it says an error occured intalling iOs 8.3. I've tried turning off the phone and back on and trying again and I still get that message. What is wrong? How can I fix it?

If you're having an issue with updating your iPhone over the air, then I recommend trying to update it by using iTunes on a computer. To do this, you will need to follow the directions below.
Update your device using iTunes
If you can’t update wirelessly, or if you want to update with iTunes, follow these steps:
- Install the latest version of iTunes on your computer.
- Plug in your device to your computer.
- In iTunes, select your device.
- In the Summary pane, click Check for Update.
- Click Download and Update.
If you don't have enough free space to update using iTunes, you'll need to delete content manually from your device.
