Is there a way to access my time capsule from another network to retrieve files?

I only have a macbook pro with a time capsule, but i want to be able to access my time capsule from another network when I'm away.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
