When you save an outdoor run where does it go??

Your outdoor runs are saved to your Activity and Health apps on your iPhone.
Use the Workout app on Apple Watch - Apple Support
End or pause your workout
To end or pause a Workout, Force Touch the display to see Pause/End. You can also swipe all the way to the left to see the Pause/End view in Workout.
To see your complete Activity history, your workouts, and your Achievements, open the Activity app on your iPhone. All of your data will also be stored automatically in the Health app, where it can be used by third-party apps with your permission.
