Only ee can officially unlock, no one else. Call them.

There's no just thing as unlock code.
Are you an EE customer?
Where did you buy this iPhone?

With iPhones, there is no unlock code required. If the carrier says the phone is unlocked, backup and restore the iPhone using iTunes. After it restarts, it should say it's unlocked.

If the carrier refuses to unlock the iPhone, no one else can officially unlock it.
