Error noAuthz

We just got COX and we have Disney Jr. as part of our package. When activating Disney Jr. app, the code works and the website says congratulations, you are now able to watch. However, when I go to a show and click play I get an "Error noAuthz". Happens with every show in the app. I was able to connect to other apps, Netflix, DisneyHD, DisneyChannel, etc.

I've searched google, here and nothing...

I'm tried logging out and activating again (several times) and also restarting Apple TV.

No changes.

Under Disney Jr. app: go to Settings, click "Sign out," reopen the app from Apple TV main menu, and then go through the authorization/activation process again.

how do i sign out of an app? it doesn't give me that option

From the start screen on Apple TV (4th Generation), click on the app you want to sign out of. Scroll up to the top of the app (above any TV show icons, etc). You should see "Settings" as an option for that individual app. There is usually a "Sign Out" option in the "Settings" page.
