Jun 11, 2015 8:03 PM in response to jk.evgenyby stevejobsfan0123,The Apple article you linked to assumes that you have downloaded the app some time in the past so that you already own it. If you haven't, see the "workaround" section of App Store: Downloading Older Versions of Apps.
