Jun 11, 2015 7:36 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by Kristi9962,It is any wifi I connect to- home, work, etc. My home wifi does have other devices connected- there are other iPhones in the house that are being used without a problem.
What kind of troubleshooting? I have tried researching the issue and reset the network settings, made sure it was updated to current version, etc.

Jun 11, 2015 7:40 PM in response to Kristi9962by ChrisJ4203,You cant take a look at this support document about the restarts, If your iOS device restarts, displays the Apple logo, or powers off while you're using it - Apple Support
OR
User troubleshooting consists of:
Restart, reset: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Restore from backup: Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
Restore as new: Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
If you restore as new, do not add any additional content and the device continues to behave that way, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider, depending on your location, and have the hardware checked.
