Jun 14, 2015 9:45 PM in response to Loner Tby iAmEros,I really appreciate you helping me out here, even though my case is a little futile haha. I just redid the steps and rebooted after part one and part two without any success. What would you suggest from here?

Jun 15, 2015 3:33 AM in response to iAmErosby Loner T,If the dd does not show a proper NTFS header, then Stellar is not showing the correct headers as they are on disk. Go back to the first original start 667831308 and run the dd command and post the output.

Jun 15, 2015 4:39 AM in response to Loner Tby iAmEros,I originally made the bootcamp 60gb, I upsized it once to I think 160gb or so (without it corrupting) but I wasn't able to actually make the partition bigger this time, I made the osx partition smaller but it corrupted when I went to restart into windows.

Jun 15, 2015 5:41 AM in response to iAmErosby Loner T,You currently have roughly 60GB in a 'lost' state. You can try Windows Startup Repair but the chances are minimal. Bootrec.exe can scan partitions for Windows OS installations. Can you run it using your installation media/startup recovery disk?

Jun 15, 2015 7:11 AM in response to Loner Tby iAmEros,I tried using windows startup repair but the partition didn't show up in the box, and I have no idea what drivers i'm supposed to load into it. Can I run Bootrec.exe from osx?

Jun 15, 2015 7:26 AM in response to iAmErosby Loner T,If you are using a Windows Installer disk or a Windows Startup Repair, bootrec.exe should be available when you choose Command Prompt from the Installer/Recovery disk.

Jun 15, 2015 1:51 PM in response to iAmErosby iAmEros,At this point I'm happy to do a clean reinstall if there's a way to save a few of my files

Jun 15, 2015 1:53 PM in response to iAmErosby Loner T,In one of your Stellar screen shots, there is a Lost volume which is 8 sectors away from 668331896 at 668331904 and it is called 'Lost Volume 16'. You can redo the two set of Gdisk steps using this as start in Step 7 of the first Gdisk steps and test.
If this does not work, then a Windows re-installation on the current BC partition may be the only option left to test.

Jun 15, 2015 2:06 PM in response to Loner Tby iAmEros,Okay I tried that with no success either. Can you take me through how to save my files?

Jun 15, 2015 2:17 PM in response to iAmErosby Loner T,Use your Windows installer, which is built by BCA, and choose Upgrade.
From http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/installing-reinstalling-windows#1TC=w indows-7
There are two options to choose from during the Windows 7 installation process:
- Upgrade. This option replaces your current version of Windows with Windows 7, and keeps your files, settings, and programs in place on your computer.
- Custom. This option replaces your current version of Windows with Windows 7, but doesn't preserve your files, settings, and programs. It's sometimes referred to as a clean installation for that reason.
