NSInternalInconsistencyException Description errors when attempting to connect to users Mac.

When connecting to users Mac's in our office the error message below appears.

ARD 3.8 is being run a Mac running Yosemite 10.10.3, our users are running a range of Mac OS's from Lion through to Yosemite. The error occurs across all versions of the OS, but not all users.


In every instance, so far, simply clearing the message and reconnecting works but I would still like to know what may be causing it.


Any ideas?
