If you want to transfer your iTunes library from the Mac, follow the steps mentioned in this article:

Jun 12, 2015 5:27 AM in response to Ingo2711by conroy328,No, I didn't originally hook it up to any computer. I just set it up on the phone itself over a wifi network from my itunes account, that I've had for 8-10 years. So when I hook it up to the first (and only) computer it wants to reset it. I set the phone up about 3 months ago and have plenty of stuff on it I don't want to lose.

Your phone will be wiped if you connect to a computer for the first time, there is no way around that. But you can restore from the latest backup you made via iCloud and all settings and data will be back on your device. Set up iTunes on the computer with your account details first and download all apps that are on the phone.
Same for music and other things bought in iTunes.
