How do I transfer music from my old iPhone to my new one if my music isn't stored on my computer?

I just bought the new iPhone and I subscribed to iTunes Match because I want to recover all the songs I've downloaded on my phone and transfer them to my new device. My music is not stored in any computer. Help!

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3

Hi,

You need a computer to use iTunes Match Subscribing to iTunes from an iOS device.

So you can't use iTunes Match to transfer music from you iPhone to your new iPhone.

Was the music purchased from itunes Store? If so you can re download from iTunes Store?
