I just downloaded and paid $20 for Adobe Illustrator CC--I am unable to use my additional tools like the "reflection tool" or the "add anchor points tool" or the "scissors tool". When I went to check my plug-ins preferences all of those tools I can't use are "grey" and so I am unable to select them and apply to my application! Please help!
