Jun 12, 2015 5:50 AM in response to rhyan369by Templeton Peck,You can't merge backups. so restore the backup made of one phone to the other one just like you did before. And use complete words next time. you'll get a lot further in life and won't look so naive.

First time on this site, and actually entered the question in the header and shortened it, then it took me to the comment section, so I just copied and pasted it in, sorry it is not up to your standards. But maybe your just too idiotic to make sense of it.
Still didnt exactly answer the question, I have a back up of the Old phone, but want to get back to the Recent phone without losing details from the last 2 weeks. And they are 2 different IOS as well, do they need to be the same?

Jun 12, 2015 12:34 PM in response to rhyan369by ZikzakCorp,You can't restore a backup made on a newer version of the OS onto a device with an older version. So if you make a backup on an iPhone with iOS 8, you won't be able to restore it to an iPhone with iOS 7. If the phone you're wanting to restore to has the newer version, all you need to do is make sure the backup on the old phone is up to date, and restore the phone. If the phone you're wanting to restore to has the older version, you'll need to update the OS. Then follow the directions above.
