Does apple store sell Mini DisplayPort to dvi Male to Female Extension Cable or where I can find one ?

I don't believe Apple sells them, but you can usually find just about any type of cable you need at monoprice.com

If you need an extension, DVI extension cables are easy to come by. They would be DVI Male to DVI female. so you can plug them between the adapter and the DVI cable from the display you want to use.

Apple does not sell one directly. but if you already have the adapter, then all you need is the dvi extension.

Any computer store anywhere will have DVI extension cables.
